Subscription Service Your subscription includes regular flower deliveries according to the plan you select at sign-up. Payments All subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis as specified during sign-up. Payments must be made in advance of delivery. Modifications To make changes to your subscription, including pausing or updating details, please contact our shop directly. Cancellations You may cancel your subscription at any time by calling our shop. Cancellations must be made at least 5 days before your next scheduled delivery to avoid being charged. Delivery We deliver flowers according to your subscription schedule. While we strive for timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. If no one is home, we will leave the flowers in front of your door. Refunds & Satisfaction Refunds are not available for completed deliveries. If you are unsatisfied with your bouquet, please contact us immediately—we’ll do our best to make it right.
